JK2- Week 6- NEW Tricks

This week in JK2 we are super excited to be progressing with some new tricks! Last week we really focused on strengthening the skills we already know, so this week we are adding to those! We have a fun dynamic warmup that includes balloons and noodles, we are working on our spatial awareness and our hand eye coordination. We are also working on some lower skills with mats and tunnels that lead to bars and mats to work on our chin up pullovers and handstands! On the vault lane, we continue to work on climbing up our "humpty dumpty" wall and work towards being able to do our chin up pullovers on our own.
