POLICIES

Enrollment Policy​

  • Payment is due at the time of enrollment.

  • You need to re-enroll your child online every session if they wish to continue classes. 

  • Enroll online through the parent portal after setting up your family account. 

Refund Policy 

  • Refunds/credits will not be given due to a student's failure to attend class. 

Makeup Policy

  • ​2 Makeup classes are available per session.

  • Makeups must be done during the current session and do not carry over.

  • No makeups may be done during the last week of the session.

  • You must call ahead or email to schedule a makeup class for your child to ensure proper staffing ratios.

  • You cannot make up a missed makeup class.

  • No refunds or credits will be offered for missed classes.

Lost & Found Policy

  • Our lost & found items are stored in the lobby of the gym.

  • Items remain in our lost & found until each session's last class.

  • Once a session ends, all leftover water bottles are discarded, and clothes are donated.

Lobby Policies

  • For privacy & safety reasons of the athletes, photography & videography is not permitted. We also find that children get very distracted from class when they know their parent is taking pictures, causing them to miss out on learning new skills & lose focus on safety.

  • Parents are invited in the gym to watch classes during each session's week 10, Show Day!
