This week in JK2 we are leaning about the importance of taking up space on the floor. We are working on moving around the entire gym with the intention that we are showing off our skills. Our warmup this week is the Cha Cha slide to loosen our muscles as well as learn our right from our left. This will make it a lot easier to perfect our basic tumbling skills. Last week we worked on strengthening and conditioning so many of our skills this week should feel a little easier. We are reviewing the same thing we did on bars last week, working on ropes and rings. On the beam we have added "butterflies" (scarves) to influence working on our seated skills!
