JK2- WEEK 1- Knee Up and HOP!

Welcome to Week One of our Spring session at JK! This first week is all about getting to know our athletes seeing what we can do! We welcome our new friends with a dynamic warm up that focuses on using our imaginations to help us focus on our gymnastic shapes! After this, we make our way around all of our stations, where we work on core strength, bars, and our jump shapes on the trampoline! On the floor we are working our left and right cartwheels, as well as some parkour and ball work!
