JK2 (Ages 1-6) - Week 1: Health Hearts

Welcome to JK2! We started with a white board warm up at the beginning of class. This week the gymnasts will be working on forward, sideways, and backward walks on top of the balance beams. Gymnasts will be reviewing/learning the four jump shapes on the trampoline/air mat. On the floor, we did a hula hoop warm-up. We are super excited on the opening of JK2 for our gymnast that are 6 years old and younger!
