JK 2 - Week 2 - How We Roll Through
This week the gymnasts worked on going above the parallel bars and then going right into their forward rolls. They worked on walking forward, sideways, and backwards on the balance beams. The gymnasts went above and under the bar. They also practiced their cartwheels and starting on their knee and going into a cartwheel as well. On the air mat we did frog jumps, kangaroo hops, ski jumps, and bear crawls.
