JK2- Week 6- New Tricks!

This week in JK2 we are adding to our tumbling skills! Our warm up is a bit more

dynamic this week as we move up on top of the balance beams to do the "Cha Cha Slide." On the floor we are working in an hourglass shape to work on Men's Tumbling passes. On the bars we are working in stations as we work our sole hangs (bringing our feet to the bars) and our chin up pullovers. We are still working on our jump shapes on the trampoline and we have added a wedge mat to the lanes as our transition back around. On the balance beam we are doing our pony routine along with the Cha Cha Slide.
