JK2- Week 5- Tumble Time!

This week in JK2 is all about tumbling! We are working on tucking our heads, pushing out of our toes and using our arms to protect our heads! We are trying to remind our athletes to slow down and try their best to do the skills correctly. On the trampoline we are using pool noodles to hold above our heads like "rainbows" to work on strengthening our cores and keeping our arms by our heads/ on our hips. At the bar station we are working on our sole hangs, as well as our bear crawls and spider crawls as we transition to long hangs and landing on the second bar.
