JK2- Week 5- High Five

This week in JK2 we are talking about and testing the power of our grip and press! We have a 5-workout countdown for our warmup that uses some of the skills we practiced last week, to better understand how we are going to elevate them this week. Our warped wall is taller this week, we have added more parkour equipment, and our bars have been moved to further our pullover skills.
