JK2- Week 3- Strength & Conditioning

This week in JK2 we are building our muscles while we build on our skills! We begin with a freeze dance exercise to loosen our bodies and minds before we move to trampoline. On the trampoline we are working on our jump shapes and we're using parkour and climbing to find our way back to the beginning. As we move to floor, bars and beam we continue to work on our heel drives, bending and extending, and hand over hand motion to strengthen those motor skills!
