JK1- Week 7- Routine Review

This week in JK1 we are preparing for Show Week. Next week 2 adults for every athlete will be invited to join us to watch from the bleacher as out athletes show you what we have been working on all session. This week, we learn our routine! Our routine includes a floor, beam, bars, vault, and trampoline portion. We will be showing how our tumbling skills have grown on the floor, as well as our strength on bars and beams skills. We are learning the right and wrong ways to use the springboards to have and effective vault. We are also working on our jump shapes and strengthening.
