JK1- Week 6- New Tricks!

This week in JK1 we are adding skills to our routines! Show week is slowly approaching as we finalize our routines on floor beam, bars and vault. We all start on the beams this week to warmup with the Cha Cha Slide. Then we split into our age groups as we move from skill stations. On the trampoline we work our jump shapes as well as basic tumbling. Then move to floor where we are working on our floor routines with music and our men's floor routine's with no music. On the bars we are working jumping to the bars and landing with a half turn. When we move to beam we also work on our routine; every age group is different to ensure we are always progressing.
