JK1- Week 5- Tumble Time!
This week in JK1 we are working on elevating the same skills we learned last week. On the floor athlete's will be learning more of their floor routine and adding music. As we move to bars and vault athlete's are encouraged to take short water breaks and hand sanitize. On bars we are working on our tap swings and 1/2 turns, straddle presses and strengthening for our pullovers. On vault we are working on handstand flat backs and dive rolls for our younger athlete's. On the AirTrack this week we are tumbling and working our floor routine skills.
