JK1- Week 5- High Five

This week in JK1 is all about strengthening our grip! We are working on gripping and pressing on ropes, and in our handstands and backward tumbling. As we perfect our forward tumbling we are moving toward strengthening our backward skills. We are working on backbends, as well as backwards rolls and our pullovers on the bars. We are also working on doing our forward skills on the bars with less help from our coaches. In side stations we are working on our leg strength and flexibility by working on both left and right splits.
