JK 2 -Week 3- How to climb and use our limbs, like TREES
In JK 2 this week, we are working on climbing and strengthening our entire bodies! We brought out all the Parkour equipment this week to help our athletes learn about the importance of not only stretching, but also strengthing our limbs to be able to elevate the skills we already know how to do! On the bars, we are jumping, stretching and also climbing from ropes! We are working on upward and downward slopes on the balance beam to eventually be able to work on the high beams!
