JK 1 - Week 2 - How We Roll Through
This week on the bars the gymnasts worked on their pull overs, inversions, chin ups, and glides. On the trampoline the gymnast reviewed their four shapes and started their right and left split jumps. This week on the beam the gymnasts worked on forward rolls on top of the beam and started working on their backward roll. On the floor the gymnasts are working on their tumbling skills going uphill and downhill on the wedge mats.
