JK1- WEEK 2- How we ROLL through!

This week in JK1 we are working on our tumbling skills and transitions! We start with everyone on the floor together as we do our warmup to help loosen and stretch before we begin. Classes then separate and going to various stations around the gym. This week on beam and floor athletes are working on their tumbling skills and how to elevate them. Athletes are learning to mount and dismount on the beam, as well as clime ropes. On the bars, we are working on our front support, long hang and straddle on. We will continue to come back to these skills and add to them as the session continues.
