Our team gymnasts have been hard at work so far this summer. With a variety of outdoor cardio training, these girls have shown their strength! During week 4 the groups focused on field running. Their jog-sprint-jog pattern with fashion walks every 5 minutes was nothing short of challenging and they definitely perservered!
After building their bone density with 59 minutes
of outdoor concrete based running in 91 degree weather these girls deserved more than a break in the AC! Keeping up with their daily cardio training has shown to improve their overall performance in the gym!
Coach Ali, our dance instructor, has been helping our girls with their breathing exercises and showing them how to feel the muscle groups needed in our fluidity and flexibility!
