Girls in this class will work on overall strength and conditioning including core strength and balance, agility and reaction time, flexibility and endurance. Instructors will lead students through a warm-up, calisthenics, obstacles, plyometric exercises and stretches to increase their over-all fitness. These are not formal gymnastics classes, but children will utilize all of the gymnastics equipment while conditioning their bodies and minds.
