Week 2 of Fall session was a fun and productive week of activity here at JKGymnastics. Students reinforced basic shapes, positions, and techniques introduced in week 1 classes. Starting and finish positions and safe landings were key areas of focus for week 2. JK Gymnasts continue to improve their core strength, stamina, and coordination as they refine the various skills at each event station.
