Week 8: Eight Is Great!

This week we are working on a lot of quarter turns throughout most events. On the trampoline we practice our jump shapes and then add trapezoid mats to work on putting our hands on top and bringing our feet around. This week we are working on our beam routines up high! We are also working on the one ring spins, which is a change for us since we work with both rings most of the time.
