Week 6: New Tricks!

This week we did our tumbling skills on the Air mat and we introduced running into tumbling skills. We also practiced our uphill and downhill concepts to further practice safely tumbling and landing. This will be useful as we learn more difficult tricks! For younger classes this is great for our gross motor skill development --working those larger muscles and connecting motions.
