Week 5: Up HIGH!
We worked on height awareness and reinforcing our blocking on tumbling skills to further our gymnastic abilities. By protecting our heads with our arms we are able to safely move to more advanced skills when going upside down. On the bars we have been working on chin ups to be able to transition from under to over the bar. Furthermore, we were able to work on rope climbing (hand over hand) motions and finding the floor with our feet.
