Week 4: Four Corners on The Floor
This week gymnast worked on how to do the zig zag zoom pattern on the floor. When we use the zig zag zoom pattern gymnast use the entire floor to work on their tumbling skills. On beam this week we learned new routines for 2022. On the bars we worked on our front supports and reinforced straight arms and no bellies on the bar. This week we also did forward and backward jumps on the trampoline.
