Judy Kennedy Gymnastics offers motor skill development programs for children, teens and adults. Our non-competitive gymnastics classes help children build confidence, strength, coordination and flexibility.
Classes feature a warm up, group activities and constant progressive gymnastic instruction. This non-competitive environment allows each child to develop at his or her own pace and comfort level. Participants use all types of gymnastic equipment and apparatus to develop their skills and increase their confidence!
We offer several training team team options to help prepare athletes who have a competitive desire or those who would like to explore a more challenging workout environment. Our in-house, Intramural Team is for recreational gymnasts who are looking for a taste of competitive gymnastics without the full, year-round commitment of our competition team. Additionally our Black and Yellow training teams provide a more focused track for those interested in competitive USAIGC team membership.
Whether you want to learn how to tumble, get some exercise or just have fun, you will find something that meets your gymnastic needs here. No previous experience necessary. We pride ourselves on providing quality programs that are fun and safe.

“My daughter and her friends had a GREAT time (at the party), we all loved it!! My little one wants to have her bday there too;) Thanks for everything, we really appreciated it!”

“You have a great way of interacting with the girls and you seemed to really enjoy working with them! It was nice to see someone who felt she could “push” the girls in a positive way.”
- BARBARA H.
“I just wanted to take a quick minute and thank you for taking time with my daughter. She came home like a new kid. She is usually a try anything girl (but) was so intimidated to go into gymnastics, worried she wouldn’t be able to do anything and you gave her confidence and made her feel like she can do it if she tries and practices! All after just one hour! Thanks again!”
